Delhivery — Parcel not being delivered since last 6 days and getting message that the parcel is out for delivery

I am expecting a delivery from delhivery for the past 6 days. Every day i get the message that the parcel is out for delivery but i never get a call or anything from delivery executive. I am supposed to give him OTP as well but they never call for such delivery and OTP. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
