On 14th of August, during my absence, my house got 2 packages delivered by Delhivery, both of their AWP numbers being: [protected] and [protected] respectively. Both were named after my Mother and her name was spelled wrongly in both. My mother tried calling me to confirm whether it was I who ordered something but I was unreachable at the moment. The courier person insisted that it was a COD delivery, which we never opt for. We always opt for prepaid deliveries. But due to non confirmation from my end, she had to pay 299.00/- and 278.00/- respectively. Both of their labels state them to be clothings of Laege size. But upon opening, we were shocked to see two very poor quality AND used sarees. We called almost all of our friends or relatives to understand whether someone had sent it for us. But nobody did. I have not been able to find proper consumer services from Delhivery to register this particular complaint. Our redressal is still pending. Kindly help us out.
