Delhivery — Refund not received against the returned product

I have ordered once medicine for my mother who is 88 years old through a link from facebook, i paid Rs. 499 as cash on delivery my AWB number is [protected], i receive 2 bottles of rosemary shampoo in the parcel, i returned through the proper channel, i am yet the receive my money back, team Delhivery have raised their hands up and are asking me connect with merchant, however the merchant is fraud, its big scam, i an requesting them to provide me the number, email-id or address of the vendor so that i can follow up with them but they are denying, i lost my 500 rs. unnecessary,
