My shipment tracking ID[protected]. LR Number[protected]. My shipment has been reached at Siliguri Delhivery facility on 01 Sept 2022 which is just 13 Km from delivery address but still not delivered. Daily they increase the estimated date of delivery. I raised multiple queries through Delhivery support link but no response received from 01 Sept 2022. (Today is 05 Sept 2022) Tracking status is always changing. Delhivery customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Sep 06, 2022 Updated by Bhaskar198906 Delivery date again extended (screenshot attached). I am totally confused, what to do? Request you to look into the matter. Sep 07, 2022 Updated by Bhaskar198906 After repeated queries/complaint, today I received wrong product by Delhivery. The bike I received today is not mine. I have called to the India Cargo Packers and Movers and Delhivery agent, they said, it is not my responsibility. I am totally frustrated. I want to take legal action against the company.
