Subject: Complaint Against Delhivery for Delay, Non-Delivery, and Damaged Shipment
I am filing this complaint against Delhivery regarding my shipment with AWB Number[protected].
The shipment was marked “Out for Delivery” and later changed to “Failed/Reattempt” without proper delivery attempt or clear communication. I contacted Delhivery customer support multiple times through calls, app support, and email, but no proper resolution was provided.
During a phone conversation, Delhivery support informed me that the mangoes inside the parcel were damaged due to delay from their side. However:
- I have not received the shipment,
- No photos or written confirmation of damage were provided,
- No exact delivery date was given for the remaining items,
- No compensation, refund, or replacement process was initiated.
Despite repeated follow-ups, the issue remains unresolved and has caused inconvenience and financial loss.
I request:
1. Immediate clarification regarding the shipment status,
2. Delivery of remaining items,
3. Refund/replacement/compensation for damaged items,
4. Proper response from Delhivery regarding this issue.
I have attached available screenshots of tracking updates, emails, and complaint details for reference.
