[Resolved]  Delhivery — Shipment marked as delivered but not received. Wrong delivery report

I have not received my shipment. Tracking no AWB [protected] and I have received msg that it has been delivered. I have already sent email to Delhivery customer support team but there is no response from them. I am surprise to know my shipment delivered to some other person without delivery code. It was confidential shipment as it came from my bank so I really someone to trace this out for me.
