I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and concern regarding an order that was picked up by your delivery agent but never reached its intended destination. Despite the fact that I have a CCTV video recording confirming the pickup, the order status has been unjustifiably updated to "cancelled." This situation is highly distressing as the package contains several important items that I cannot afford to lose.
On 5th July 2023, your delivery agent arrived at my address to collect the package. The CCTV footage clearly captures the agent collecting bag. I can provide this video evidence upon request to support my claim. However, since that time, there has been no further update on the status of my order, and it is now showing as cancelled in my account. Was this information helpful? |
