Dear Delhivery Team,
I am extremely disappointed with the handling of my shipment (AWB: [protected]).
The tracking repeatedly shows "Recipient Not Available", which is completely incorrect. The recipient has been at home 24×7, and no delivery attempt, phone call, or message was ever made by the delivery executive.
It has now been more than a week, and this unnecessary delay is causing significant inconvenience and frustration. Marking a shipment as "Recipient Not Available" without making a genuine delivery attempt is unacceptable.
I request you to:
Investigate why false delivery attempt remarks are being updated.
Arrange immediate delivery of my shipment.
Share the contact details of the concerned delivery executive or local delivery hub.
Ensure that no further false delivery attempts are recorded.
Please treat this as an urgent complaint and resolve it at the earliest.
