My package (Tracking ID:[protected] was supposed to be delivered on 22nd Jan 2022. But it reached the destination hub (Hyderabad) late by one day on the night of 22nd Jan/early morning of 23rd Jan.
The package has been stuck there and the status message has been changing as below:
23rd Jan: "On Hold- Destination unable to receive on 23rd Jan"
24th Jan: "On Hold-Destination unable to receive on 24th Jan"
25th Jan (Today): "On Hold-Destination unable to receive on 25th Jan"
I can receive the package at destination but the status is getting updated by itself without contacting me.
I have been tweeting to Delhivery's help twitter handle (@help_delhivery) for 3 days now but no body responds.
The package contains urgent item and needs to be delivered immediately. But it is sad that Delhivery's courier service as well as customer care service has fallen to lowest standards. Was this information helpful? |
