I am facing a serious issue with my recent order through Delhivery Service. Despite the order status showing as "Delivered" in my account, I have not received my package. To add to the frustration, I am unable to get in touch with their customer support to resolve this matter.

No Option to Raise a Query: The Delhivery Service app/website does not provide an option to raise a query or file a complaint, leaving me helpless in this situation.
