Delhivery — Unprofessional delivery practices and threats

The about said company directed one Mr. Arun Joseph to deliver my 3 parcels containing sensitive bank documents to my home address on 4th Friday September. When inquired on delivery update the above mentioned associate used foul language and threatened to destroy the package without delivering. Later he admitted he was drunk and still didn't deliver the package.
As the contents of these parcels where important to me I had to request a colleague of mine to travel to the delivery hub to collect them in person. I raised a formal compliant with the company and they closed off my complaint as the package was handed over to me.
I need a compensation for the torment the delivery person has brought on me and for the company to show lack of professionalism
