Delivery Courier — Regarding bad service

I order my eye-wear on lenskart on 29 may 2020. Lenskart dispatch my order on 31 may via delivery. After 1 week delhivery courier company cannot deliver mu items. During this week company rotated my pracle on different place which is actually not required.

On 5 june i call delhivery customer care, that time one customer repetitive call me your items deliver with in 24 hours but after 20 hours i track mu order and show that not still any update on my order.
