My order tracking number is FMPP[protected] ekart courier boy declined to provide home delivery and ask otp .

One week has passed and I have not yet received my RBL credit card from the delivery courier service.

This is psatyavaraprasad from Gudem kotha veedhi of visakhapatnam district. I was a item booked from Amazon. item delayed several times of the item. this is not fist time. delivery boys & agents alo irresponsible persons.

I got the number [protected] from net for support for my parcel coming from amazon. I talked to them . They said to update landmark only by upi i.e. Google Pay, Phone Pay and Paytm of amount RS 3 .
They use abusive languages from different mobile numbers ie, mc bc etc.
The mobile numbers are [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] .these are the by which abusive languages is used.

My parcel which contains medicine has been sent from Mumbai to Nellore (AWB[protected]. The parcel reached at local courier office on[protected], & got a message from Delhivery courier that it is out for delivery. But till now the pacel isn't reached to me & I didn't get a single call from your Delhivery courier agent or boy. What kind of worst service is it!! I immediately want my parcel!! If you don't know how to provide services to people better shut down your courier service..
Kindly check with your agents other wise I will file consumer case on you.

I have ordered sarees from a vendor in Shantipur. My couriers dispatched on 15.09.2021. Still now my courier not received and no proper feedback I am getting from Delhivery office.

Package not getting move

I have ordered a Dell Laptop battery through Amazon and the delivery address is Tekkali, Srikakulam(Dist), Andhra Pradesh.

Here my concern is order has reached to the point on 15th december, 2020. However Item still not yet delivered to me.

So far no one has contacted me. However they have update the status "Delay Delivery on Customer Request".

After placing an order for a refrigerator online with Amazon which was to be delivered by Delhivery courier I received stalking calls which were intended to give an impression to me that I was under physical surveillance / observation / being watched. These calls were preceeded by an SMS from Amazon saying that the delivery of the refrigerator will happen today but delivery never happened. At the end of the day I got these stalking calls and an SMS saying "delivery was attempted", when actually no delivery was attempted. The phone numbers used to stalk me were [protected], [protected] and [protected].

I order my eye-wear on lenskart on 29 may 2020. Lenskart dispatch my order on 31 may via delivery. After 1 week delhivery courier company cannot deliver mu items. During this week company rotated my pracle on different place which is actually not required.

On 5 june i call delhivery customer care, that time one customer repetitive call me your items deliver with in 24 hours but after 20 hours i track mu order and show that not still any update on my order.

As per courier track suppose to be delivered on 23rd May 2020, I was waited another 2 days till 25th May and I checked in the Delhivery tracking, it was mentioned I am not available in the house, that was absolutely fraudulent information and none of the delivery representative called me regarding the delivery. Same has been escalated Delhivery team and they are assured within 24 hours will be delivered. On 26th May again I was checked tracking system, it was mentioned order cancelled by me. Once again they have did it fraudulent comments updated in their tracking system without discuss with anything.
I have attached their screens and communication with Delhivery team for your kind action.

I had ordered a refrigerator on jan 27th 2020 but the product is not yet delivered, courier partner is delhivery courier.
The executives/delivery boys of delhivery courier are irresponsible, it's a very worst experience with delhivery couriers.

The shipment is mis-routed 2 times and the delivery boys are not calling to customer number, i had visited delhivery courier place which is in bharat nagar, panduranga nagar, near avanthi nagar erragadda hyderabad -500018
They are saying we are not aware of this tracking and we are not responsible.
I had called to shamshabad delhivery courier number and they are also not responding.
The product is routing between shamshabad delhivery hub and alwal delhivery hub.

I haven't seen such a worst delivery courier like delhivery company, don't know why the salaries are still paying to delivery boys.

I got two messages from delhivery on my phone showing that two of my products have been delieverd which I ordered on club factory, one of its on 1st and the other one was delievered on 2nd December at 2:22 pm but I did not get any of the two products. when I called carrier boy of delhivery he behaved very rudely. I also contact to customer care of delhivery But I didn't even get any satisfactory answers from them too.

One of my shipment should have been picked up from Begumpet, Hyd. and delivered to ebay on 17-Mar-2018 and for the last 2 days the status in the morning showed that the executive is out to pickup and even being confirmed by the customer care reps. over phone but intentionally the courier people have not picked up the shipment but put in a status stating that I am not available even though I am available as well as my family is at home.

I feel cheated, harassed and abused by Delhivery and when I spoke with the rep. Mr. Amit he went to the extent of saying that I can go and file a case against his company but no action can be initiated against them and I feel that this is the way they work and abuse the entire system by taking the money and not providing proper service.

I have given an order for purchasing mens adidas running madoru 2.0 shoes against order id no 11829506 date of order on 5.10.2016. As per their information they have send this product through delivery courier. Delivery courier could not be able to provide any expected date of delivery. When i have tried to contact their customer care representative they are not being able to provide any phone no or details information as when the product will be reached at our home. This courier company always misleading me.

I have placed order in amazon my shipment no. is[protected] on 07thjuly 2016. they have commited that before 13th july 2016 this product will deleverd.
Today 14th july 2016 i have check the tracking order it is mentioned that product will be delevered on 16th july 2016.
I have checked the courier track i have shock to see that my courier is already reached in my city but they want 4 days to delever this product.

I have ordered "eveready hl56 rechargeable emergency light red with free eveready 7w led bulb" on 25th june 2016 via paytm. but i didnt get product till now. i also tracked with delhivery courier services. it got recieved on 29th june 2016 in pune location. but till now i didnt recieved my order.

Could you please let me know the delivery date as expected date is already gone.

Really your services is very bad. just let me know the exact delivery date as expected date is already gone, else i will complain to consumercomplaints.

Tracking details on web site of Delhivery Courier is not updated for this Package after 21 Aug 2015. I have sent mail to Delhivery but there is no response from their end.

I ordered my product on 19th july. But still i didnt received my product. It shows just in transit. How many days will you take to send the parcel. I hate to shop in paytm. I just need my money back. I will suggest my friends not to use paytm for shopping. Its a waste site

Hello, I order an item through online shopping website and Delhivery is suppose to deliver it to me. But the product was not good and I launch a complaint to the respective online service provider. Now Delivery suppose to pick that courier and sent back to the company. I called 4 times in 4 days, do whatever they suggest me but nobody came to pick the courier and now money stuck. I was supposed to receive a package from Delhivery
courier service on 29th May but haven't received it yet. The employees/
executive members/ seniors are very irresponsible. Not at all helpful.

This is with reference to delivery of my purchase which was done through one the shopping portals.

are always after them and gives some lame excuses and when try top contact the DELHIVERY
CORPORATE OFFICE there is no proper response and still i have not receive the consignment.
. I suppose who has given the copyrights to run
these fake courier services and this is not for the first time that it happened to me and it is continuing
with false promises . I therefore request the authority to take stringent action on these fake and false
courier services where customer need to bear the brunt for the loss of time..

Delhivery courier is the worst courier service. Customer care executive use to tell lie regarding consignment. I didn't get my consignment till now(10 days) . Please do have some action against them. My consignment was delivered to courier service on 21april 2014 bu snapdeal.

I got a all from the Delhivery courier guy yesterday (22.3.2014).The agent came to my apartment. He asked me to come down to get the parcel since he was busy delivering to others. Eventhough I am on the 4th floor, i accepted in humanity that he will be roaming the city whole day. i was shocked that no one was there when i came down. I called the agent and he told me that he waited for 5 mins and since he has no time, he left. I told him that he is supposed to deliver the parcel to my door steps. but his reply was so rude and vulgar. he asked me to come to the bus stop. when i went there he told that he left. I was so angry and shouted at him. he simply told, its 7pm now. official working time is 10 am to 7pm. He also told this is my number and name, i[censored] want complaint to anyone. U will get the parcel only tomorrow or day after tomorrow. I tried calling to the courier office but no one attend the call till now. Still I didnt get the parcel. I really got frustrated. Bad service. I have paid for the shipping and treated very bad.. I want my money back or else I am ready to face anyone in the consumer court. That includes the shopclues, the seller and also the courier office.
