[Resolved]  Dell / CompuIndia — Paid advance for Laptop (cod) but even after 3 days, no delivery

Shipment No.[protected] Order No.[protected] hi, Ordered a laptop on the 13-5-14. Their website showed 24hrs delivery and on 14th received Shipment Date - May 14, 2014 11:46:35 AM. But, the product wasnt delivered. Called their customer support but nobody answered. so followed it with mail and received a reply stating the new delivery date as 15th. The day arrived but not the product. Tried calling again for several times and finally it was answered but it was a recorded message saying, " this number is out of range...", and then the call ended after 45 seconds . On the 16th, I again started calling them, bingo, someone answers. I ask him about the strange message and he said it is a line problem. I make it clear to him about their third rate service . He then promises to deliver it by 6 : 30 pm the same day. Again, no product. My advance of 2, 000 is lying in their account and if I ask for refund/ cancellation they deduct 1, 500 rupees. I want a complete refund for their UNTRUSTWORTHINESS . Lokesh Bangalore

Hi Shaina,

Received the product on Saturday 17th but only after multiple phone calls to compuindia and ecom express. The courier guy told me that he received the product on 16th. Kindly improve your service and don't advertise the 24hrs delivery on your website as it is misleading.

I'm experiencing a same situation. It's been almost 3 days and no delivery of the product. The FedEx tracking page shows that the product is at their local destination facility.

I paid in full for you so mentioned 24 hours delivery.

This sucks :(
