Order no.[protected]. I placed my order on 12th of october and then it was cancelled since cod is not available in this area. I am yet to receive the refund. I have called your representatives multiple times and the response has always been that it is in process. It has been 2 weeks since this refund is due and you are saying that it will take one more week. This is how you treat your customers. I am a college student and the money belongs to my parents. I have to give them reasons for this unreasonable delay. Other websites refund the money within one week. I have been calling on your customer care number for the past one week and you guys always make some stories regarding the delay. What kind of professionalism is this?

    I had placed an order for Dell Laptop and i was guaranteed delivery within 2 days. Even after 3 weeks i was not delivered the laptop. So i cancelled the order and after speaking to the customer support, they told that the refund will processed in 10-12 days. Now it has been 21 working days, excluding the holidays and i have not got my money back. The service is pathetic, they are not able to deliver the product or provide the simple service.

      Some days back i order dell vostro 2520 battery from dell store my order no[protected]. I order because the image online was the same battery i want. the online invoice also mentioned dell vostro 2520 6 cell battery. but when i received the battery was not of vostro 2520 instead it was inspiron14/15 6 cell battery and the invoice bill also says dell inspiron 6 cell battery. when i lodge the complaint about this they say they have send me the same battery of vostro 2520. how could this be possible. the costumer care no is always busy i m trying calling them since 2 days. i am quite frustrated from all this mess. I want my issue to be resolved.

        I made a transaction of 39390 on 8th september for a laptop from compuindia but due to some obvious reasons i cancelled my order, i was trying to get in touch with compuindia team but there service is so pathetic no matter how many times i tried there number, i was still not able to talk to any of there executive to know the status. Finally i sent a mail to them and cancelled my order and they confirmed me that cancellation has been done from there end with no cancellation charges and the refund was initiated on 11th or 14th september as per there email, i waited for more than 10 days but am not getting any refund from there side nor am getting any proper response from there side, i had a conversation with one of their senior executive he gave me his words that i will get my refund within next 48 hours (Check attachments).
        Now its been more than 20 days am not getting any refund, you dont have any reputation atleast you should maintain dell's reputation.
        Give me response as soon as possible.

          Hi,

          It is almost three weeks since I had placed my order number[protected] but my order still hasn't been deilvered. I have followed up multiple times over the past two weeks with no clear cut response and delaying tactics or just clear cut lies. I was told last week over the phone that my order would be delivered by Saturday the 24th but it still hasnt' been delivered and I am having to follow up again.

          The customer care executives don't give a clear cut answer and you can't even cancel the product because they charge a cancellation fee of 1500/-.

            I have purchased a Dell 2-in-1 Inspiron series laptop from www.compuindia.com on 26-Aug-2016. Till date I haven't heard anything on shipment from their side. After trying a number of times on the toll free number on their website, I always get a busy tone there. Also, their email id for customer care does not respond to any query.

            Its frustrating after about 20 days of purchase if one does not get any product. As the Dell mentions that compuindia is their official site for selling the products, one expects a lot from them. But in this case even Dell is not of any help. I think, compuindia and dell india is one of a big hoax who are there just to dupe the customers.

              Received today my DELL XPS ordered 10 days back. The website of compuindia guarantees dispatch in 24 hours and delivery in 4-5 days.
              customer care number never ever responds. You cant speak to anyone ever on it. However, they respond promptly to mail.
              The company is probably facing some internal problems. But it seems a genuine company as the product delivered is upto the mark.
              I had exchanged 19 communications on mail between order and delivery.
              whenever I asked for why the product is not shipped. their reply is same ..."some internal logistic problem". I don't know how to satisfy with that answer.
              One more important thing - You can not stop EMIs from your credit card by any means after the order is placed, so whatever amount you have to pay by EMI, consider it all payed.
              Why I bought from them - They are sole online retailers of Dell products authorised by Dell itself. We cant guarantee product genuineness from Flipkart or Amazon as they will sell anything sold by any seller.
              overall. I would advise the company that all is good just be more customer friendly. One who has paid you money need to have answer regarding his purchase. Your call centre numbers should respond appropriately.

                  I have ordered dell studio 1558 6 cell battery on jul 14, 2016 1:03:39 pm and order number is[protected]. I received the order and it was not working.
                  I mail back to cumpuindia and informed that product is not working. They asked me to contact technical support team. I have contacted and they replied this battery is not under warranty and can not be replaced. I tried calling cumpuindia customer care, not connecting

                    I ordered dell 5559 laptop on 13th july 2016. and the order no.[protected]. i got message that it was shipped on 14th july 2016. but still it was not yet delivered to me.

                    I got a mail from compuindia on 14th july that it will deilver the order with 3-4 working days.

                    If you are not able to deliver it please refund the amount that i paid (rs.53990).

                      It is with great disappointment I inform you the following.
                      I ordered for a Dell Laptop (Inspiron 15 3543: 5th Gen Intel I5 etc: order no[protected] on June 11, 2016. The laptop has been received by me this morning from Latumkhra Post Office, Shillong. I was really surprised to note that the packaging was very poor, the outside carton was crumpled and torn at places. Even the inside packing was torn at one or two places. But the real blow came when I saw the laptop dented, bruised and deshaped in the right hand side where the charging indicator light was there. I tried to charge it or to switch it on. But to no avail, even after two hours of keeping the laptop connected with a power source, the laptop did not come alive.
                      Please try to understand my condition.
                      I got the system after 13 days against a time of seven days promised by you.
                      The laptop came to be dented and broken.
                      I made a full payment of Rs. 46690/- while ordering.
                      Now I am at the mercy of your consideration. It is really so much disheartening and disturbing and not at expected from a company like DELL.
                      I request you to kindly sort out the matter by one of the following.
                      Please arrange to refund my money immediately and take back the laptop.I am badly in need of a laptop, so that I can purchase it from the local market.
                      Or else replace it with a good one in 3-4 days time either from a local market or from your place; please ensure that this time the laptop packaging and transportation is proper and the laptop is of same specification.

                          I have purchase laptop from compuindia against order number:[protected] dtd 27.04.2016. they provide me the defaulty laptop. Warranty will be covered till 19.12.2016 but i have bought that product on 27.04.2016. one day in am used the keyboard is not working other day the wifi is not working. many time call & mail send to them but they not replied from my mail.
                          we are middle class people so 54000 is to much for us .

                          please make a complaint and replaced my laptop.

                            I have bought a dell laptop (Vostro 3446) on 10th july 2015 from a online store named http://www. compuindia.com/ located bengaluru. Now i have found some problem in this product.. But when i contact at dell service center they tell me that your product is out of warrenty. I have call compuindia several times. They always say that we will upgrade your warrenty asap. But no upgrade.
                            I think it is a old or second hand product. Please help me.

                            Order No.[protected] on[protected] morning... from compudunia after the cordination with Dell Sales person Keerthana R ensure that u will get delivery in ahmedabad 3-4 days... Today 6 Days passed the product is still not received and they calim on site in offer that in 24 hours shipping... But Courier they use Ecom not shown the airwail number which was received since[protected] and when i frust and want to cancel the order which was not shipped ... Keerhana said it is chargeble although i suffer for waiting for PC and no solution from Compudunia Nor Dell Nor Ecom... Third Class Service From Dell.. and I do my best to circulate that incideance..

                            Now what to do ? i stuck with bludy cheater dell really make a big mistake to choose the dell ... What option i have ...Now if i cancel the order i have to pay rs 1500 this is height of cheating done with dell an compuindia ... But if they fail for their promise nothing happene

                                    I bought the above model of the laptop on[protected] through online order and was delivered to me on[protected] but the laptop is defective and on contacting dell they refused to replace the laptop and asked me to get in touch with the compuindia. I tried their call center number but was never answered. Then I visited their facility in Bangalore and there Mr. Madan assured me that they will replace the laptop. Till date they have neither picked up the laptop nor they have replaced the laptop. They are also not providing any support. They should either replace my laptop immediately or they should take back the laptop and refund my monies immediately.

                                      Dear sir, This is to inform you that I made an order of New Dell Inspiron 15 5558 Laptop (order no.[protected] on 17 october 2015 under Cash On Delivery option. The cost of the order was rs. 56, 990/. I've already paid advance amount Rs. 6, 990 (as it was stated in the scheme that amount exceeding limit of rs. 50, 000 should be paid in advance whereas rest of the amount is to be paid when the product delieverd). Sir, since the order is cancelled by compuindia due to logistic issues on Cash On Delivery in UP regions as informed to me by the support team of compuindia, i want the paid amount to be refunded. I also attached the copy of the bill in the email of [protected]@compuindia.com. Since 21 october 2015 they have not provided me the details about the refund process of amount paid.                                       The company responded to my complaint through an email on the very next day. And they provided me the reasons for the cancellation of my order. they initiated the refund process and informed me through an email regarding refund. email id of compuindia: [email protected]

                                        I ordered a Dell Inspiron 15 laptop with order ID #[protected] with Cash On Delivery as payment option. The whole sum amount to[protected] laptop price + 1999 accidental warranty). In COD option I had paid 8989 rupees by debit card and rest 50, 000 to be paid during delivery. After 3 days of order there was no update from compuindia, on asking it was informed me that they cannot process the order and cannot deliver the order to me through COD and I had to cancel the order and reorder with full amount prepaid. I asked them to cancel the order and return the amount and then I will order a new one. It was promised to me that the refund will be made to me within 7 days. It is now 9 days and I received partial refund of only 6990 instead of 8989 which I paid. Please go though the matter and sort out the issue. The compuindia and its services are pathetic with no prior information being given to customer. I was not informed beforehand that in Noida, they cannot process the order as COD before making the payment.
