I've purchased dell 5548 laptop 2-3 months ago, and it is not performing good.
it takes alot of time to start, sometimes it doesn't even start, i have got windows recovered once from the dealer from whom i've purchased this laptop.but there is no improvement.
this is so annoying i've spent 53000 and got this piece of .

    I have purchased Dell laptop last year in november 2014 but within 1 year i have changed my screen for 3 times and still it is not working properly.I trust the company so i purchased the same. It is still creating issues. I want to replace my laptop so that i will not face anyproblem in future.

      As per discussion with you, I am here by sending my original invoice for correction so please update my warranty to 12 Feb 2015, (Dell Laptop Latitude 3540) For more detail please see attached image.         I have purchased a laptop (DELL INSPIRON 3558) from a dell retail outlet on 3rd october 2015 but when I entered in my BIOS on 19th Oct I found that it is a DELL VOSTRO 3558. There was a sticker pasted on the front of the laptop of inspiron 15 5000 series But the serial no. displays that it is a vostro system. I have contacted my dealer but they are saying that we are not responsible for this you have to contact dell. I have also contacted the customer care department but they are only transferring my calls to other department every time but I have not got any resolution yet.           I want to return this laptop or exchange this system . I don’t like this system, very poor performance.
          I request you to return or exchange the system.
          I want dell to return this .it is still under return policy but dell is denying to return.

            I am using your product DELL INSPIRON 15 and i sure tht this produc(laptop) is having
            2GB grsfic card (AMD A6)
            4GB ram ..etc
            and bluetooyh also and when i buy this laptop my blueooth was not working form that day i complain to shop they tell it is not ther fault call coustmer service
            but it was not possible i request u that send one your man to repaire my laptop regarding the problem of bluetooth

              I recently bought a Dell Inspiron 5558, soon after I unwrapped it I noticed a dent on the card reader slot, I immediately called up the customer care to check if its covered under warranty, the reply was same old 'physical damages are not covered' I replied Okay I am ready to pay for replacing the damaged part & panel. The reply was quite surprising they do not have the spare parts yet & they have no idea when it will arrive. I was forced to put my laptop in a Dell Authorized service center just to get the dent repaired so that I can access my card reader. After receiving from the service center the laptop now looks 2 years older with scratches on the back panel. One Serious question to DELL, Is your company's commitment to a customer is over as soon as he has walked out of the showroom with your product. I seriously think I made a big mistake buying DELL Manish

                  Date of incident : 19 Oct My complaint no: #[protected]# I was having issue that my laptop will shut down automatically after some time. For this, windows cd was sent to me but I have been contacting the guy for 4 days and he is not responding at all. And whenever I say I want to make a complaint against the guy, they hung the phone on me. I want to make a complaint against the guy who is handling this issue and immediate resolution of my issue

                    Sir, i had deposit my product dell alienware 17 laptop for repair keyboard on dated[protected] at Dell Authorized Service Centre under serial no 6303m12. but on several reminders and visits they didn't repair my product which was in the warranty. every time they said the we are chakeing your system.

I didn't use it hardly for 3 months and what ever I open it says unfortunately that particular app cant be opened... hey its even infected to settings, keyboard and bla bla blaa...everthing...                             We have purchased the DELL TAB 3740 7 " in the month of november last year, though its very late for me to file a complaint now but im still doing so as it should come in notice to people that this product is bad. From the very 1st day of purchase of this above said product it has been having a serious problem of lag. The product just does not seem to respond at any given point for any of its inbuilt functions as well forget external apps. We send it back to the showroom where we purchased it from with the original bill, box, and all its accessories, but they said the product itself is the way it is and cannot be replaced. We would like to know is there any way we can exchange the product or refund the product. Thanking you a loyal customer .

                                I have purchased a Dell Tab Venue 8 32GB (WIFI+3G) on 29/1/15 from National Radio Products vide their Invoice No.10504. The said Tab started trouble from the month of July, 2015 and my brother have submitted the Tab with Dell service center at Trust House on 3/8/15. They told me that the problem will be resolved within 3/4 working days, but till date nothing has been happened. Whenever I am asking them they are saying that still it is in process. They neither returning the Tab not giving me a fresh one. We have also submitted the copy of Invoice with them twice, but nothing has been happened. So, we request you to kindly solve my problem and help me in getting a fresh one.

                                  I have bought Dell Inspiron 11 3000 Series. I bought this Laptop in March. And till date I have had problems with - daughter board crashed - Mother board crashed - DC crashed - now WIFI and Bluetooth connection is having a problem. I have wasted so much of time behind this Laptop. Its a new piece and Dell is only giving us services under warranty. Every month I have a new problem. What happens after warranty period expires??? The customer service guy himself confessed that it is one of the pieces who have problem and we have been unlucky to have this laptop. So please can you look into this and try to change this piece. I have taken a loan to buy this laptp and I cant afford to keep buying new laptops. Its a genuine request.

                                    I bought my tablet in january 2015. After a month I started facing issues like hang, applications not responding etc. I called customer care and they advised me to reset it. After that it worked for 2 months but still I had hanging issues with tablet. Afetr 2 months I was not even able to start it. I went to service centre and they changed the motherboard. For next two months it worked fine and stopped working ... same issue not able to start the talet ...saying android issue... Again went to service centre and they gave it hard reset and after that it worked fine for next 15 days. now am again not able to even start the tablet... It seems like after 1 year of warranty.. I'll need to throw away this tablet and my 15, 000 rupees went in vain. or spent thousands after every 2 months to get it repaired.

There is some problem with the internet wire connecting port. when i remove the wire i have to put extra efforts to pull it.There is some problem with that, I kindly request you to replace it.
