The laptop completely stopped working since mid of Sep. 2015. After several request and email to tech suppot team name Ankit Bharadia, giving complain request no.[protected] toll free no.[protected] email dell.co.in /support, is not responding till date.
I, therefore request, and seek your kind support so that I may either get my laptop repaired as new one or replace it from other one or refund the the amount paid by me. my mob. no. is [protected], and email id. [protected]@ymail.com
