I am Abhinandan.
1.I have been using this broadband connection for more than three months. But now, I am suffering from bad services eg:- connection has been not providing from last 10 days. I registered complaints on your customer care number regularly but your authority failed to resolve my issue.
2. I requested for my user name and password for self services and which is my right too, but your authority unable to provide password.
My registered mobile no. is [protected]
So; please resolve my issues and reply me as soon as possible. Otherwise I will bound to take legal action against you.
