[Resolved] Den Networks — Den Cable not implementing TRAI Rule
Three star cable in Mumbra providing den networks service is not implementing TRAI rule of selected channels/packages by consumer even after submission of form with selected channels and even after many visits to its office to activate the packs as per selection. It is not actioning on channels list provided. Also, not showing channels as per selection. Contacted den customer care but they are saying your smart card is not active in system.
I have submitted the packages of channels i want to see and the DEN service provider refuses to activate those channels as per TRAI regulations.
Details of my selected channels and rates including GST mentioned below.
Network Capacity Fee:-
Star Marathi Base Pack Rs 57.82
Sony Platinum Pack Rs 81.42
Universal kids Pack Rs 9.44
Cable Operator Service Fees Rs 100
Total Monthly Fees :- ₹ 400
Cable Operator charging 400 and not providing channels selected.
