My name is shubham soni and i have booked den broadband after making many calls to den executive he said ok we will install broadband in your home and also they charged Rs 1400 in cash and after 5 days of continuously calling their executive they finally said that we do not provide services to your area i said ok refund my money on this their manager Mr.vimal told me to wait and stay in touch with the executive and also their is no.response or any serious assurance from the company it is only the consumer who is fool and has to call i want my hard earned money back the executive's name is Mr.Nishant [protected] is his no. I am the victim of DEN as well, internet connection is so pathetic that it works alternate days.
i call customer service but they disconnect if they have no resolution, usually they done have the resolution.
They have come up with the NODAL officer number to resolve the issue but they know nothing but apology.
I asked for the refund (as it is a prepaid) and close the connection but they are not willing to do that as well.
Man !! consumer is nowhere, we pay and still dont get service.
DEN is what ?
