My name is Harish Kumar from Sector-8, Rohini, New Delhi. My registered mobile number is [protected]. I made a biggest mistake when I purchased DEN Boomband connection in April 2015. My connection was installed in April 2015 and till May 2015 in one month it was not working for more then 15 days and We used to file complaints on your fraud customer care on almost daily basis. And after one engineer used to visit our office on almost daily basis or after one day or two days. But he could never gave us any resolution and then we were informed that one which days our internet was not working, will be given as grace period at the end of the month. But this thing did not happened in our account. Now our connection stops working daily for more then 4-6 hours. Our office timings are 10 to 6 and our connection gets disconnected daily around 11:30 or 12 and automatically gets reconnected around 5:30 in the evening without the visit of their so called fake technicians it means that they disconnect the connection from their server room so that they could save their data. Public is paying them on per day basis if they use the data for that day or not. I spoke to many of their customer care executives name Ms. Sonam from Den Boomband and Ms Akanksha from Den Boomband, Mr. Abhinav from Den Boomband and both these girls are well trained in misguiding people by their fake commitments stating that your problem will be solved within 5 hours. Our engineer will visit your place in five working ours but no one visits. You are requested to solve the issue on very urgent basis. Or I'll file a complaint in consumer court.
