[Resolved] Den Boomband — DEN Cable operator issue | |||||
Hi Team, I am staying in Bangalore -Roopena Agrahara. I got DEN cable connection with set top box on Sep 2015 but no cable network. Network operator Rajiv (Mob:[protected]) have got Rs:1500/- and gave old set top box which was not working from Nov month. I called Rajiv many times but no proper response. I have paid money but no cable network provided. i lost important news updates and got frustrated calling the cable operator. Also agent Rajiv (Mob:[protected]) deceiving many customers. I need my money back or need to provide new set top box with all the channels as soon as possible.
