Den Boomband — Fake promises | |||||
Hi, My name is Lovish sondhi I have a connection of den boomband. One of the agent from den boomband visit our home and he promise us that If we pay three months advance than we received one month free Internet so, I agreed to pay 2050 Rs for three months with one month of extra subscription But now they denied to provide me the extra one month. However, they already give me 15 Days but they don't provide me the remaining 15 days connection due to which i have some money on the table because I am working free lance and because of this blunderer I lost my project of 30, 000 Rs. Please find the attached photos through which you can that they give me written Invoice that they provide 1 mONTH EXTRA 3+1 MONTHS. I want to claim my money and loss. 0.41mbps speed all the time
Complaints to local service provider but no help so far. I would suggest all dont opt DEN networks for any kind of services in future. i called them multiple times but they have to corrected the issue. they are not using new technology.Worst ever company for service. dont go
