[Resolved] Den Boomband — Fake promises - no bill provided | |||
I got DEN Boomband connection installed 10 days. The installation people gave me demo with LAN but it doesn't work with wifi on my laptops. I called the installation team of DEN for complaint and they said they would come but never turned up. Also the DEN agent in my locality Dinesh Arya promised of giving the bill of advance payment of Rs 4200 for 3 months service but stopped answering my phone calls once the net was installed. This is the worst service I've ever seen. I would never recommend anyone to go for DEN broadband now onwards. Was this information helpful? | |||
