i Ashish Batra installed ur connection on 15th July 15 but i had issue with ur services, in 24 hrs i complaint twice for non working ur net. on 16th July 15 i got the resolution by 1430 hrs and again net disconnected at 1930hrs on same day, i complaint again at 2040 hrs and i requested for refund my amount given to you (Rs 2565/-) by cheque. complaint id given to me IS245879. Guy spoke to me from customer care to wait for 24hrs for back call from billing team but i haven't received till 22nd July 15, again i complaint with IA261449. i got the the call from billing team in next three days and confirm about the refund. after a month when i again spoke to customer care ms. Neha on 21st Aug 15, i came to know that billing team confirmed from my side that i want to retain ur connection, ur customer care connect with billing team and they assured that they will take action against them and i have to wait for refund with id:- IP341054. i got the call from ur billing department again in 48 hrs. its 31st Aug 15, i spoke to customer care Ms. Swarnlata that till the time hardware installed at my address not picked by us there is no process for refund, after that we will take 15 to 45 days for refund, as per her she arrange back call from billing department again for confirmation.
Is this the service you guys are proving to the customer, already 45 days past and still fighting for refund. If possible pls revert with your nodal details and your CEO details so that they also know about the service or i can say the way you guys harass your customer. Was this information helpful? |
