Den Boomband — No network for past 5 days

Hi Complaint no. CAS-104614-R9N3 I have been using this network and i was told that i will get 1 month free on payment of 3 months. I am not receiving any free network and apart from that my network is shut down from past 5 days . I have already talked with your representatives manish, pratibha, rohit and amit for past 5 days and each one said that your network will be available within next 24 hours according to policy . Your policy is absolutely fake and thats how you are getting customers . i guess i even have a right to file a case against you for telling wrong policy or not fulfilling it . You guys are thief and your representatives are all given scripts to tell and noone is able to answer my question . your supervisors never return the call and i dont believe in your company anymore . worst network providers i have ever come acrossed in my life .
