I want to bring into your notice that i applied for a broadaband connection and when the connection installation executives came to install seeing their rude and objectionable behaviour i refused to install my connection and demanded for refund . I have already four times reached the customer care and twice THE LOCAL REPRESENTATIVE regarding this inconvenience and there has been absolutely no effort made from your side to refund my money and always they give me deadline of 24 hours which haven't arrived till now .My credentials for this Connection are :-
