[Resolved] Den Boomband — Return cheque and dissconnect my broadband conncetion | |||||
I am very disappointed with the service provided by Den boom band on 29th august 2015, I paid Rs. 2, 655 through cheque for three months plan to one of your agent arum. he assure me that the very next day the engineer will come an install the device, and after that cheque will be deposited in bank. hoping that someone will turn up.I waited and even did not go for work however nobody turn up i did not even relieve a phone call. On 2nd of september i called to customer care but no action took on my complaint.On 5th sept engineer came and install den service but from that day my net could not start till now. I have complained several times but no resolution is provided. No listens you once you pay. After so many complaints, customer care told me that you cheque is bounced and the connection will start again after paying money with Rs300 penalty.after facing so many trobules I ASK YOU TO RETURN MY CHEQUE AND DISCONNECT MY CONNECTION OR TAKE YOUR ALL ACCESSORIES.
