DEN Broadband — Connection problem

I use dan boomband internet connection and I take 3 month advance rental package. My internet pack is 20 MBps speed with 30 GB data after this 30 GB I get 1MBPS speed. (When the executive (R.N. Yadav ph no. [protected]) came he told me that if you are not satisfy to the speed and you have faced problem within 7 days you just complaint and you get full refund for your money. Dan boom band connection has installed on date 26 July and I was raised request for disconnection my internet connection on dated 28 July 2015. I I called to R.N. Yadav and dan boom band customer care on daily basis and ask the status about the internet connection they disconnect the ph.
