DEN Broadband — Frequent disconnection and misbehaviour by technical staff

I have den wifi installed at my home and i suffer from frequent disconnection in every 5 days. After lodging a complain i called up the technical person who usually visits to get the complaint resolved he (mukesh) rather than helping me misbehaved on call and spoke ill language. This is really poor on den network side that they have such people as thier staff. The net is not working above that such shameful behaviour. Would never recommend Den internet to anyone.
