DEN Broadband — inactivation of wifi

i would like to bring to your notice that we had taken a wifi connection 2 months back .this month we were suppose to make the payment but there was no notification from ur company for the same and day before yesterday(4th may) they cut our connection without informing us.till date (6 may)it has not been active...we made the payment yesterday only(5th may)in the morning and got a confirmation msg and mail for the same. now we r seeing the notification that ur id has been inactivated...pls look into the matter and refund our money bk i[censored] r not able to make it active.
