connection is off.i do complaint atleast ten times to ur den customer care number [protected].everytime answer is mafi chahenge..., five workig hours boymein hamra technician visit karega..aapki complaint high prirorty par hai...
every ten times answer is same
three days no connection SEcond now my connection is expired...
ur field boy, who installed the connection in my home, take the money from me rs 1140/- as per plan for 10mpbs, 30GB plan on april 11th.2015
he didnt deposit the monthly rental money to ur office, because of it account i expired...now double problem i have give the rental money to ur field boy gulshan april11, 2015
second technical problem... ur call centre boys r gals r sure there for fun...they never be serious for any complaint
