DEN Broadband — keep calling after submitting the modem | |||
After repeated requests they keep calling & says that your recharge is due will you pay on line or shall we send the person. We have stopped using den broadband & they have taken back the modem its been 20 days & they keep calling 4 times a day. Everytime they call i keep telling that we have already submitted the modem & we have discontinued using your service they keep telling sorry & again after 2 hrs they will call & keep telling sorry this will not be repeated Was this information helpful? | |||
