Den Cable Network — not able to register online on website not able to complaint on website | |||
Dear sir/madam, I am subscriber of den cable tv for last 5 years. My smart card no :[protected]. As our cable operator discontinue to collect money from us and shifted his office far away from our home and not picking our phone, it is not possible to visit his office. I decided to register me on den network website for online recharge. After entering all details correctly it gives error that card doesn't exist, though i am subscriber for last 5 years. Screen shot attached for your reference. I contact your customer care on :[protected] which is always busy. Then i contact customer care :[protected] after waiting long time they told me that they does't have any information with them. They gave me telephone no :[protected]. When we contacted on[protected] it says to sms on [protected]. When we try to complaint on website of dennetwork.com it doesn't populate city and when we submit complaint it gives please enter city. I have paid security money (refundable) amount to Den for two set up box. now i want to shift to different city. so i want my security money back but they refused to pay back my money. Dnt ever trust such local cable brands.
