Den Cable — Pathetic customer service. | |||||
Hi i hv been using Den cable for almost 5 years, however this was my first time where i have recieved such an irresponsive and unacceptable customer service. Today i called Den CS as to check why cable is not active on my TV the agent who attended my call said due to non-payment the cable is not dere.. I advised him that i already made a payment... Then he transferred my call to his supervisor named Dheeraj Kumar, i believe these calls are recorded the supervisor was so rude as per his tone and repeated the same as due to non paymnt cable has been discontinued and adv to speak to local cable provider. I had an imp show which i never wanted to miss but unfortunately due to pathetic service of Den m watching it online now.. But being so mad at the supervisor, i asked dheeraj his managers or any other persons name in the management. Again he was was so pathetic that he said he cannot disclose any personal info, then i told him that i am just asking for manager or companies managements name, which i believe being a customer is our right to know. But again assuming that most of our indian call centres take indian customers as just formal and no action required.. I just want this to be highlighted and resolved. We are not just indian customers, we also are consumers of a service provider!! Was this information helpful? | |||||

They have only 1 answer "It's due to non payment" be it hardware issue or software!
