I have 2 den TV connection and i have been reliable customer. Last month on Aug 1, 2015 I requested to my cable operator to activate 2 channel (CNN-International and BBC world). He said, "Ok, It will activate in 2 days". but it was not activated. I again called after 2 days, and he said, "it will be activated in today evening" but it did not activated. I continuously called him everyday till Aug 12, 2015 and he always said, "It will be activated" but id did not. I personally went to cable operator as well and he assured me that it will be activated but it never activated Then I raised a complaint in your customer care on Aug 13, 2015, and customer care executive said, we have registered your complaint and allow us 24-48 hrs time. I again called after 48 hours then they registered a fresh request and said we are checking with back end, will confirm you shortly. I again called continuously everyday, and they always said it will be activated. They registered my 4 complaint. but these channels are still not activated. This is really shamed. I am really fed up with your services. I am mentioned my all complaint number with dates

I am estemmed customer of yours and always made the payment on time. Now, I am thinking to move to other options which are available in market because your are not providing good customer service. This is really shameful for you after a month passed but still the resolution has not been provided.
