Den Networks — Additional details... Disconnection of service on repeatedly asking for bill for making payment

Name: Anand Dutta DEN Serial no.: [protected] NDA Serial no.: [protected] SMART Card No.:[protected]...Additional information including emails sent to DEN... Den is now denying that I had sent any email in past for any receipt or bill request to them. I have attached the PROOF below. DEN is still forcing me to make a payment without receipt or bill. As stated above, I willing to make the payment and want DEN Network to send me an email stating that they will courier me the bill and have received the payment for the month (when their individual collects the payment) and we do not have any pending payment

Also my Question is WHY DO You NEED CUSOTMER to send email and call you up for getting a monthly receipt or Bill for the payment they make? Is it not DEN and operator's duty to give receipt at the time of taking payment???

Stop this malpractice and harassment to Senior Citizen...
