Den Networks — always showing signal not found.

I m noticed that to 2-3 months every morning 3-10 a:m my den network always shown signal not found. I do complaint many time to local operator, sometime he say that the petrol problem in generator, sometime he says some problem coming from back side... I dont know what is the back side problem... Then a idea coming in my mind this is i do calling him again nd again for give him feel of irritation... Sometime i call him the network problem is gone in 5 to 10mints...
