Broadband connection was recharged on 28th January 2024 however it's not working since then. I have complaint multiple time on their customer care number and send them an email to either fix the issue or issue a refund. So far no one has reached out to me till today 23rd February 2024 and now they have stopped responding back on my emails as well. Whenever I called to their customer care they say wait for 24 hours, I asked them for TAT being followed by company to resolve a problem but they do not have any TAT in place and just make fool of customer by putting them on hold or make fake promises for call back in 2 hours.
Below are the details through which they can feel some shame on their name by harassing a customer who paid them on 28th January 2024 for one month internet connection in advance however when I am writing this email on 23rd February 2024 unable to use it as it's not working.
