The service they provide is very bad. The staff of the cable never responds to calls and if he does talks in a ride manner. We have got problems which he sometimes resolves but for a short period. He is never on time to collect the payment but the network always stops on time. I have asked to refund my money and he denied and promised to give better service but still it's the worst. I want my money to be refunded which was promised at the time of connection. They took 1800 rupees and promised to return 1400 rupees.
