Den Networks — cable channel subscription method

Cable operator not approving the request to change package of channel saying the procedures are too complex. As per their procedure a customer has to type down all the channels (Including 100 fta) in micorsoft excel in a specific format without spelling mistake to their mail id and has to wait for approval. How ridiculous!!!
Already in january they have asked us to write down all the channels needed and submit to them and we followed. Then without our consent cable operator chose a package. Now cable operator is stating many procedures to shift from their package to a package of my choice.

Hi My name is Ramchander. I have den cable connection for the past 8 months. Now I have been transferred to another city. Therefore I wanted to return the set top box. But the service provider denied to return saying that there is not such rules to return. I live at Panipat, sector 13-17. Please help me.
