Den Networks — channels not available

Since sunday evening i am not getting any channels in my tv. There is a message flashed on screen saying "you are not subscribed to this channel", while i had paid the entire years payment upfront in may 2018. I raised the complaint[protected] with their support center on 25th morning and there has been no attempt to resolve this issue. Even after multiple calls and mails there has been no response or resolution of this. The local cable operator`s number is never reachable. Den has become a pathetic service now, even after sending mails to nodal officer there has been no support.

Please look into this. You are cheating the viewers after taking advance payment and not providing the channels.
