Dear sir,
I got den boomband connection around 6 months ago, it worked very well for 2-3 months but after that frequent disconnections and low speed issue is a regular problem. Whenever i register a complaint they give me a ticket number and without taking any action, they just close the ticket. I have a 5 mbps plan but speed is not even 250 kbps, i can't even watch vidoes at 144p on youtube. A file of 10 mb takes at least 25 mins to download. Most of the time reason for disconnection is "technical upgradation in your area". Their service is very poor. They are cheating the customers and burning a hole in their pocket. One of my friend has just got a new connection in my area. He is getting very good services. If their is a problem in area, how he would get good services it's just because he is a new customer so it is their basic fundamental to trap the customer and then do whatever they want to do and internet has become a very basic need for all the works. Please get the issue resolved.
