Den Networks — complaint about service | |||
I had a den broadband connection which i disconnected in the month of december 2018 with tkt number 379485 after calling the customer service number and the modem was also picked up by the representative lalit. I have been receiving the calls for recharge since 27th december 2018 continuously however, i have explained the representatives that i have disconnected the services and it has all been sorted out. I have been harrased by this company because they are calling every day and it is a big inconvenience. I am still receiving calls for recharge although i have complaint about the same 3 days before with the customer service again. Kindly take this on priority or else i will file a case against it. Cable not working from yesterday, this is regular issue not satisfied solution from operator if we call them on morning solution at evening this is new set up box aprox 2 month ago
