[Resolved]  Den Networks — Complaint not attended by customer care

It is more than 10 days, I have filed complaint in Den Networks that my cable is not working. Every time I call customer care they said we will send our customer care executive but afterwards no response. When I asked them to transfer phone to GM/ Head of customer service, they are not ready to transfer the same and neither they are ready to attend compliant. Please help me out.
