Den Networks — Customer service and network issue | |||||
These people literally harass the consumer once you have paid them money. There customer center people are so rude, they will cut your call and not solve query and talk rudely. My connection was started after several calls but wiring is still half way since a month. Now the person never picks up my call and the call center people call me only to remind for payment and when i tell them about wiring issue they either cut my phone or say this is no reason for non payment. Today hey said there are 200 employees so if he is not picking your call its not a big deal you make the payment coz connection is still there. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I tried more than 50 times for complaint .. they some time make on hold and after 2-3 mins.. cut the phone.. most of time they don't receive phone..
fewer time when connect with costumer care.. they cut the phone without giving any satisfactory reply even not taking complaints.. Even talking like rubbish.
My internet not working so long... ..
I am trying more than 10-15 days for complaint that my internet stop in every 15 to 20 mins and ask to restart modem.. but none of customer care.. or last time visited engineer giving any response.
