My internet plan was for 20 mbps and 100gb limit. For the past 8 months, my internet gets over prematurely even though we never seem to use it. It was fine the first few months, then suddenly our internet started getting over in 15 days even though our usage hadn't changed. Upon calling their customer service, they say that their system is foolproof. Their internet speeds vary and we get an average of 3-5 mbps which is a quarter of what we pay for. Their gross negligence of our issues has led me to file this complaint.
