Den Networks — Den boomband connection not working | |||||
Dear Team, I got a new wi-fi connection from Den Networks. The connection is not working properly. I made complaints more than 3 times. Every time technician visited and made some make shift arrangement to run the connection and net is getting disconnect after some time. This exercise is repeated more than three times already and i am totally frustrated by making complaints every day. Now I want to remove this connection and refund of my paid amount of INR 2578/=. But I am not getting any positive response from the company. This Amount is prepaid for next 3 Months. Please Help Meenakshi Was this information helpful? | |||||
