Hi i am subscriber of den cable in shalimar bagh for the last 5 years through scn digital services 106, kailash bhawan, wazirpur complex delhi - 52. I have registered complaint to them atleast 5 times that no zee channels are getting broadcast, they are continuously saying it will get started. We pay rs 320 per month to them. I have asked them to reduce my monthly charges as no zee channel are coming for the last 2 months but they are saying we cannot reduce the charges and you have to pay full 320 rs. This is customer harrasment and not acceptable at all. Pls. Look into the matter and bring justice to the same. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have complained this with consumer court that you are not showing all channels and still charging for those channels.
