Since saturday evening i am not getting any channels in my tv. There is a message flashed on screen saying "den logo and welcome to the world of digital entertainment symbol on screen", while i had paid the entire monthly payment regular. I raised the complaint[protected] with their support center on 06th morning and there has been no attempt to resolve this issue. Even after multiple calls and mails there has been no response or resolution of this. The local cable operator`s number is never reachable. Den has become a pathetic service now, even after sending mails to nodal officer there has been no support.
