This is the third time i am doing complain again...I didn't receive any reply regarding to my last two complaints yet. try to resolve my problem as soon as possible Thank you! I'm attaching my last complaint here again I am hereby to put a complaint against Den Cable This Company is not giving us Authority to choose Channel Packs that we want to watch they have made their own packs and they are imposing them on their customers First I did complaint about this to our local cable operator and what he said "We have made our own Channel packs you have to choose from them. we don't follow government rules, you can go and do a complain about this... after this I did complaint about him to his superiors they replied me at once but when i told them about my this problem they stopped replying and it's been more than 2 weeks and still i didn't get any response from Den about this issue.
